Make your brother sit facing the west. Tell him to put something on his head like a handkerchief or scarf. Then, get things like the rakhi, roli, diya, chawal, and sweets and put them on a tray. Put red tikka on his forehead and put rice mixed with turmeric or sandalwood. Light a diya and do Aarti. Now, tie the Rakhi on his left hand, give him chocolates.
